Let matrix $A\in M_n(\mathbb{C})$ satisfying $A^2=A$ , for every $n\times 1$ vector $x$ we have $|Ax|\le|x|$ where $| |$ denotes the usual norm of vector , prove $A$ is a hermite matrix.
