I am running into issues when 3D printing threads that I've created in Fusion. I am confident it's not the printers, but either something in Fusion or in the slicer.
Threads in Fusion:
- Offset: 0
- Length: 3 mm
- Thread Type: ISO Metric profile
- Size: 140 mm
- Designation: M140x6
- Class: 6H
- Direction: Right Hand
I then create the same thing as a cut on the lid. Then offset the lid cut on both angles at -.1 mm
My problem is when I print, there is always a bunch of overhang; please see the images. When I print similar models I've found online, I don't have this problem. I've tried Avoid Crossing Walls in Bambu Studio.
