A lot of questions online about Photoshop scaling is around scaling high dpi display. I have an almost opposite issue: Photoshop is too big for my display.
My laptop is optimized for 150% display scaling, but at 150% many Photoshop menus and dialogs are clipped at the bottom with no way to access the clipped area.
I would love to find a way to force Photoshop to scale its UI at a smaller scale, such as 100% or 125%. Any potential method is fair game.
