How do I power on my PC without pressing the power button?

I am trying to setup remote access to my PC, I have bought a 16A smart plug and setup remote access to my PC when its on. The last thing I need to figure out is how to turn on the PC(without pressing the power button), when I turn on the power using the smart plug. I am using a MSI B760M bomber motherboard, I looked into it apparently there is a feature called power on boot , but I don't think my motherboard has that, can anyone help me with this?

Go into the bios, and look for the setting: State after powerfailure.

Set this to always on (default: remember last state).

Now, you can turn off and on the switch remotely to turn on the system. Do note, if your smart plug hangs, you lose the ability to turn the computer off and on using the switch.
