I encountered a problem in altium designer and I am new to this app. So i wanted to know is there any chance to put components parallel to each other in pcb design?

By pressing Ctrl+E it opens a settings menu where you can set snapping-options. By using the 'Axes'-option and the 'pad-centers'-option you can place components relative to each other.
