I saw on monero.how that the minimum and median transaction fee is 0.000006. That means that more than 50% of transactions are this level, the minimum I think.
What proportion of transactions use this level? Is is just 50%, or much higher? With reference to the below, is there a level that would cause mempool to become become clogged?
By contrast, if everyone would use the lowest priority (x1), miners wouldn't have sufficient incentive to raise the blocksize limit and the mempool would, most likely, become clogged.
