I have an old MyMonero wallet with a 12-word seed and I was in the process of migrating to a new machine. The problem is that all modern wallets ask for a 13/25 word seed and I cannot find a converter. An alternative solution would have been to simply make a new wallet and transfer the coins there. However, I got "unknown 429 error" while trying to transfer them and (as instructed on Reddit) I tried to solve the issue by applying a clean install for MyMonero (also deleting all contents of the MyMonero directory). A bad idea on hindsight. I have now lost access to the wallet.
To summarize: How would you recover a wallet with a 12-word seed on a clean install of the Monero wallet?
