The sender XORs some information with rK. What ensures that he is using it and not some random thing? The receiver has rK, so if rK is not used at the beginning, the receiver won't know the amount.

I don't think this is prevented by the Monero blockchain. It just means that the money sent is lost forever to the sender and it will not be received by the intended receiver either

If by chance it matches with some other's user's keys (either then or sometime in the future), it will automatically be shown in that user's wallet & he will be able to spend it.

Even in Bitcoin, if you accidentally send it to a wrong address the same thing happens - if the wrong address is the right address of someone else, the coin is seen by his wallet & he can spend it. If there is no such address now but someone by chance creates the address in the future, then his wallet will get it.
