Suppose that I create a statement commitment at a time for a someone.

In which, I have already stated it at a specified timestamp, but I will confess it in the future.

To concinve her that I ever said it before, can it be done where I hash my statement into SHA256, and then use the hash value as the recipient address of the Bitcoin, since the address of the Bitcoin is also a public key with 256-bit length, which is the same as SHA256 output?

Does the message receiver in the future believe that I ever stated it before, at the timestamp of the Bitcoin blockchain transaction confirmed?

If so, can I consider the blockchain's timestamp as a witness?

Would the message receiver be convinced? I mean, it's an unlikely coincidence, the specific recipient of the public key address is like that, it's like 1 out of 2²⁵⁶ chance, right?
