I have an Ender 3 with Rpi and Klipper, printing was going great lately in PLA but I changed filament color, still PLA and now i found that is missing layers constantly, I am uploading image for reference, what could be wrong? 
As you can see, the error repeats exactly every few layers, it looks like bad layer adhesion, I've changed temperature and nothing changes. May be it's a mechanical problem?
I am using PrusaSlicer, 0.2 layer height, 210°C extruder and 60° bed, also try a printing with at 190°C and still same results, printing speed is 90mm/s
