Aside from AEON are there any other coins that have made efforts to integrate RingCT?

Pool stats showing abnormally high H/s
The pool I am using (mineXMR.com) regularly shows a hash rate of 250-300+ H/s for my computer despite the miner I am using (XMR-Stak-CPU) showing hash rates that do not exceed ~190 H/s. What could be the cause of this discrepancy?
Thanks in advance!

Transaction fee are currently fixed (around 0.002 XMR/kB) which is penalising for small transaction (0.026 XMR/TX). Buying an item for 0.2 XMR incurs a transaction fee of 13% which I would call confiscatory.
I understand that the current system is…

Why are coinbase transactions locked for 60 blocks?
"Normal" transactions are locked for 10 blocks to prevent invalid outputs from being used in ring signatures.
Why are coinbase transactions (mined coins) locked longer? Are there additional risks linked to those transactions?
